I have contacted studypool over five times for a refund of $40. There is no record of me paying for anything when I login and there is no record that I even purchased a question.

The question was deleted by the initial user, resulting in a $40 charge with still no refund. I have waited the ten days and I know it's not my credit card company because I always get refunded quickly.{{Redacted}}

Reason of review: Poor customer service.

Monetary Loss: $40.

Preferred solution: Full refund.

The tutor deserves the funds to be transferred if they actually worked on your question. If you go through, https://www.studypool.com/refundpolicy, you will find some reasons why we wonโ€™t grant refunds.Next time, if you are not satisfied with a tutorโ€™s work, you must file a Withdrawal Appeal.
