Im getting harassing emails from someone concerning studypool
I have been receiving harassing and threatening emails from someone about the tutoring services that I have received from studypool.
Preferred solution: I would like to know how and who leaked or if any information was hacked.

Trash Scamming website! they let tutors scam you and there is no customer service.
ridiculous when it comes to cancelling your account. customer support always favor who they like and refuses a refund, especially if your new to their website. I wouldn't recommend this site at all.
if you are on the website, also watch for a scam tutor name "ProffMovine". biggest scammer on the website.

Being charged for services after unsubscribing
I cancelled my membership with Studypool over a year ago and unfortunately, my credit card is still being charged. I was given a number to contact someone regarding this matter, but to no avail!
I would like to get in touch with someone to finally resolve these issues. It is not fair to me or anyone to still be charged when they are no longer active participants.
I regret even signing up. This has been a complete mess.

Complaint about charge subscription without knowledge
I look at a subject. I have to pay for looking but did not want the subscription.
I was later charged 19.99. I even check my active subscriptions on iOS. It was not on the list so I thought I did have one. Customer service number was an answering machine.
I will have to spend more time calling again and again if needed. I did not want the subscription.
