Verified ReviewerFor Some Reason They Couldn’t Understand My Issue
Soo I finished the application process , and was accepted. I was answering the three questions they give us so that I could earn my tutor badges to rank higher and get more student questions.
I finished one, and began the second one. My wifi went out and I had to restart my computer. My issue was that now that I have logged back into my account, I was prompted to submit an application as if I hadn't already been accepted ? I took screenshots (video and photo) for predicaments such as these as proof to backup what I was explaining.
I had my answer to my first question saved on Microsoft, so that wasnt a problem as I couldve just re-uploaded it. I reached out on their Instagram, no reply, I reached out on the text they sent me when I was approved, no reply. I couldnt find out any other way of how to contact them, so I submitted a second application LITERALLY explaining that I was only submitting a second application to be able to get some technical help from them(I put in my e-mail and everything). That application got rejected of course, and I noticed they gave me an e-mail !
I was so happy that I reached out them to explain. I told them exactly what my issue was and all they said was well your application was rejected so your account is banned or your application has been rejected sorry.
This was probably the most frustrating customer experience Ive ever had. I explained to them I had been approved the first time ; it felt as though I was talking to a brick wall , no offense.
